Each non-handmade item is made specifically for you through our print partner, Printful, once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on these items.
Original paintings and handmade pieces are one-of-a-kind. If your original or handmade piece arrives damaged, please contact us at kyroartfairy@gmail.com with a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days at kyroartfairy@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where possible.
As print-on-demand items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect. This includes incorrect size or color selections made at checkout, so please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Once your damage claim is approved, you will be refunded or sent a replacement item within 5-10 business days where applicable. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
